Ravioli Lasagna

4:52 PM

This the perfect week night, too tired to really cook, meal.  It was simple and very tasty.
I started with pasta sauce on the bottom of the pan and added a layer of frozen cheese ravioli. I then added more sauce on top of the ravioli. I put a sprinkling of bread crumbs on top of the sauce,
and finished the first layer with mozzarella cheese.

I topped the second layer with more pasta sauce, more bread crumbs, more mozzarella cheese and on the very top I sprinkled some parmesan cheese. I covered it with tin foil and put it in a preheated 400 degree oven for 30 minutes or until all the cheese was melted. Once the cheese was all melted I took the tin foil off and let it cook for another 10 minutes.

I did not have any garlic bread or bread sticks. I just used some hamburger rolls left over from the night before. I melted butter in the microwave added minced garlic from my fridge and toasted them in the oven while the ravioli lasagna finished.

I used all disposable dishes because it is summer and I do not want to spend time doing dishes when I do not have to. My 18 year old son loved it so much he ate almost half of the pan himself.  It is definitely being added to our meal rotation.

Hope you enjoy it as much as we did!
